Be careful what you ask for....

I'm getting ready to pray a very dangerous prayer. Dangerous, because you know when you ask God for something, you are going to get an answer. And the answers don't always look like what you pictured. If you ask for more patience, you can't bet you will have all the patience you currently possess tested to it's very limits. If you pray that you will be able to forgive, you will actually be asked to.
I'm asking God to start tearing down my pride. So if you see me suddenly falling on my face constantly in the next little while, you'll know why.
Pride takes so many forms. And I am tired of caring what others think of me. Of who I am. Of how I live. Of what I look like. And of the choices I make. I am tired of comparing myself to my perception of everyone else.
Ready to fall on my face.

You, Cilla, are such a beautiful person inside and out. It can only get better. If I have made you feel that you have to be a certain way, please forgive me. My prayer for you is that you will be exactly the way God created you to be and you would be fully pleasing to him. Love you so much!!!!
